Welcome to the Sporting Hearts Playbook

Here’s how we do things around here — a mix of custom creativity, handpicked style, and heart-led design to keep you looking good and showing up with purpose:

1. Custom Designs (via Printify)

Many of our apparel items are made to order through a trusted third-party printer, Printify. Our goal is to eventually bring printing in-house so we can offer faster turnaround and stocked inventory for select designs.  These are original Sporting Hearts designs and can be customized.

2. Featured Drops (via Select Vendors)

We partner with trusted drop-ship vendors to bring you fresh, limited-time product drops that fans and supporters will love. These items ship directly from the vendor and are chosen to reflect the Sporting Hearts spirit — useful, stylish, and easy to love.

3. Bulk Wholesale Orders

Some products in our shop are ordered in bulk directly from wholesale suppliers. Sporting Hearts places these orders weekly or as individual orders are received.
Please Note: We do not keep these items in stock, so please allow additional time for processing and shipping. Product availability may vary based on the supplier. If any delays or issues arise, we’ll reach out with updates and alternative options.

4. Sporting Hearts Custom Jewelry

Our jewelry line features handmade pieces created with our supporters in mind, alongside a few select vendor items. These designs are simple, meaningful, and perfect for everyday wear — whether you're on the sidelines or out in the world.

5. Personalized Team Designs

Love a design but want it customized with your school colors, name, or mascot? Reach out! Sporting Hearts offers personalization on many listed items. Once we receive your request, we’ll create a custom preview and send you a link to complete your order.

6. Custom School Catalogs

Need a full collection tailored for your team, class, or sport? Let’s build it together. Sporting Hearts offers custom catalogs with apparel, gifts, and gear designed with your athletes, parents, and supporters in mind. Reach out to start planning your game-day-ready collection.

Shipping, Returns & Customer Service (for Third-Party Orders)

Many of our products, including those fulfilled through Printify and select drop-ship vendors, are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted partners. These partners handle all shipping, returns, and replacements for their items. While Sporting Hearts is happy to assist with any questions or concerns along the way, we are not responsible for misplaced, damaged, or unwanted items fulfilled by third-party vendors. If an issue arises, we’ll do our best to help you connect with the appropriate vendor for a timely resolution.
